Things you'LL need...

1. Phillips head screw driver
2. Hex keys sizes 5 and 6
3. Tire pump
4. Scissors
5. 14 and 15mm wrench OR adjustable wrench OR ratchet set

Getting Started...

Upon opening the bicycle box, your bike should look like this.

Step 1: Unwrap the bicycle

Remove all plastic, cardboard, zip ties and bubble wrap with care to avoid scratching the frame or other parts.

Once you have completely taken off all the bubble wrap, cardboard, and zip ties the finished product should look like this.

Putting it together...

Step 2: Attach the front wheel

Loosen the bolts on the axle of the front wheel and take them off.

BE SURE THAT THE FRONT FORK IS ANGLED FORWARD, JUST LIKE THE PICTURE BELOW. DURING PACKAGING IT IS ANGLED BACKWARDS FOR SHIPPING REASONS ONLY.

Place the wheel onto the fork, and make sure the washers are on the outside of the axle and frame.

Place nuts back onto front axle and tighten them by hand. Then, using a 15mm wrench, tighten both sides evenly.

After you have securely put on the front wheel, you may put the kick stand down so that the bike is sitting in an upright easy-to-work-on position for your convenience.

Step 3: Attach the pedals

Each pedal will be labeled with either LEFT or RIGHT to avoid confusion when putting them on.

Screw in the left pedal in a counter-clockwise motion.
Screw in the right pedal in a clockwise motion.
Finger-tighten the pedals, then use a 15mm wrench to completely secure them.

Make sure your pedals are very tight to avoid problems with both pedals and crank arms.

Step 4: Install the handlebars

Loosen the top stem bolt by turning the stem of the handlebars counter-clockwise no more than three rotations. Place the handlebars into the hole at top of the fork (head tube). Find desired height. Note the minimum insert mark.

After deciding the height you would like, tighten the bolt on top of the handlebars using a size 6 hex key. Make sure that the handlebars are straight and lined up with the front wheel to avoid danger while riding.

Step 5: Adjust the angle of the handlebars

Use the hex key to loosen the bolt in front of the handlebars. Set the handlebars at a comfortable height, then secure the bolt. Make sure it is tightened well to ensure the safety of the rider.

Step 6: Attach the seat post and seat

Insert the seat post into the seat post hole located on the fame of the bicycle.

COULD RESULT IN SERIOUS INJURY OR EVEN DEATH**
 

Next take a 6mm hex key and tighten the seat post into the hole so it is secure. Place seat onto top of seat post, and make sure it is facing forward.

Step 7: Adjust seat angle

Loosen the bolt under the seat and tilt the seat up or down. After finding the desired angle, tighten the bolts to avoid your seat moving while riding.

Now that you have gotten the desired seat angle, you may now adjust the height of the seat. The standard height of a cruiser seat should sit just at your waist line while standing beside the cruiser. However you may change the height based on personal preference.

Step 8: Attaching the reflectors to your bicycle

To begin insert the front reflector into the hole just above the forks, the hardware should be attacked to it already. The front reflector is a CLEAR color while the rear reflector is a RED color.

Once you have inserted the reflector, please secure the reflector by finger tightening it, and then use a 10mm wrench and a screw driver to fully tighten the reflector. Once you have attached the reflector successfully, the finished product should look like the image on the right.

Now to attach the rear reflector, there will be a hole near in the back of the bicycle between the wheel and seat. Take the reflector and insert it into the hole.

Now secure the reflector in by finger tightening it, once you have the reflector secure please use a 10mm wrench and a screw driver to fully tighten the reflector. The finished product should look like the image on the right.

Step 9: Inflate your tires

Your tires will come partially filled. The required tire pressure is always stated on the side wall of your tire and will vary from tire to tire.

Once you have confirmed the recommended tire pressure amount, please continue to fill the tire to that amount.

Step 10: Check your coaster brake

Before riding, sit on the bicycle and press the pedals in a reverse motion. The rear wheel should lock. Check the coaster brake bolt for tightness. Once you have confirmed that your coaster brake is functioning safely you are finally ready to take your new cruiser for a spin!

Go Have fun! But first...

Your new cruiser is now ready to take for a spin. While riding, take note of things you would like to adjust.

Please make sure everything is in line and not dangerous or hazardous to the rider. For instance the front wheel should be centered in between the front forks.

• If possible, always have your bike assembled by a professional bicycle mechanic

• Never ride at night, or make sure you have visible front and rear lights. REFLECTORS ALONE ARE NOT ENOUGH. Please check with your local authorities about lighting  equipment regulations in your area.
• Always wear a helmet and follow all state and local bicycle laws and regulations
• Never ride while intoxicated
• Your bicycle is not designed for stunts or jumping
