All of our bikes come with a 90-day manufacturer’s warranty on the frame, and we also offer a standard warranty with any bike purchased on our site. This includes a limited lifetime warranty on the frame as well as a 180-day warranty on the parts, including any defective materials and workmanship, but not including damage due to neglect or abuse or natural wear and tear.
We ship the bikes 80% assembled, and the remaining assembly requires only minimal tools. Necessary tools are listed in the bicycle’s owner’s manual and on the shipping box, and you can find instructions for assembling your cruiser on our assembly page. We recommend you have your bike assembled by a professional bike mechanic.
**You will notice a notch on the rear fender – this is not a defect. It is necessary for the fender to fit over the chain guard.**
This will mainly depend on your location. We only offer standard shipping at this time, and orders process and ship within 48 hours from when you make your purchase. Orders usually arrive within 7 to 10 business days, and California residents may receive their orders in less than a week. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee shipping time, as it is dependent on the items ordered. You may contact customer service if you have any questions about your order.
We do not ship all items directly from our warehouse, because some manufacturers drop ship items to our customers. Most bikes and fenders will be sent to you directly from the manufacturer, while accessories are usually shipped from our warehouse -- with the exception of Nantucket baskets, Nutcase helmets, and Betty Basket Liners, which are shipped by their manufacturers. For this reason, your order may arrive in two separate packages.
