Shipping & Delivery

We make every attempt possible to ship quickly and inexpensively. Your orders will be processed during our regular business hours, Monday – Friday 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Most orders ship within 48 hours of processing and are delivered within one week, although some orders could take up to 10 business days to arrive.

BeachBikeOutlet.com does not offer expedited shipping at this time. If one of your items is delayed for any reason, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping Carriers

BeachBikeOutlet.com ships via USPS and FedEx. The items ordered will determine the shipping carrier and cost. Items from the same order may be shipped separately, as some manufacturers ship orders direct from their warehouse. These items include bicycles, baskets and helmets.

Shipping Destinations

Beach Bike Outlet only ships within the continental U.S. We apologize for any inconvenience.

We cannot ship to APO or FPO boxes, and some of our carriers do not ship to PO boxes. Please provide both your PO address and your physical address so we can make sure your order is delivered to you as quickly as possible. Once your order has shipped, a change of address will be charged a $12 rerouting fee per package.

Tracking Your Shipment

A tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided with your order once it is available. Please add our email address to your contacts so that you can receive our messages.

Signature Upon Delivery (optional)

Signatures are not required for packages shipped from BeachBikeOutlet.com, unless you select that option at the time of purchase. A $3 fee will be charged if you choose that option at checkout. If you did not select the signature option, your order will be left at your front door. BeachBikeOutlet.com is not responsible for items that are lost, stolen or damaged following delivery.
